Affiliate Program

The Affiliate module runs a referral programme: people (affiliates) get a unique referral link, and when someone signs up or converts through that link, the affiliate earns a commission that you can later pay out.

Module & permission: Appears only when the module is enabled and your role has the affiliate permission. Configuration is an admin task.

Affiliate Settings

Set up the programme first (Affiliate Settings):

• Enable the programme.
• Commission — the reward per successful referral (typically a percentage or fixed amount).
• Payout rules — minimum payout, currency, and any terms.
• The public referral link / cookie behaviour.

Affiliates

The Affiliates list shows everyone enrolled in the programme, each with their referral link, number of referrals, and earnings. Open an affiliate to see their detail and referral history.

Referrals

The Referrals view lists every referred sign-up/conversion — who referred whom, when, and the commission earned. Use it to verify activity before paying out.

Payouts

The Payouts screen is where you settle what affiliates have earned:

1. Review each affiliate's payable balance.
2. Create a payout.
3. Once paid, mark it Confirm Paid so the balance and history stay accurate.

Affiliate Dashboard

The Affiliate Dashboard summarises programme performance — total affiliates, referrals, conversions and commissions — so you can see how the programme is doing at a glance.
