Performance Dashboard

The Performance Dashboard is your single-screen overview of how goals and one-on-ones are tracking across the people you can see. It shows status count cards, an objective-progress chart, a check-ins panel and a 1:1 meetings panel — all driven by one date filter.

Where to find itPerformance > Dashboard (/account/performance-dashboard).

Note: The dashboard only shows objectives and meetings you're allowed to see — those you created or own, those of people who report to you, and (for admins) everything. Access follows each objective's goal type rules.

The Duration filter

A single Duration date-range picker at the top controls the whole page. When you first open the dashboard it defaults to roughly the last three months (three months ago through today). Change the range and every panel re-loads to match.

Tip: Use a tighter range (e.g. the current quarter) to focus the progress chart on the objectives that matter right now.

Count cards

Five cards summarise your objectives by status. Click any card to jump straight to the Objectives list filtered to that status.

Card What it counts
Total Objectives Every objective you can see (all statuses).
On Track Objectives progressing well with time to spare.
Off Track Objectives that are significantly behind or overdue.
At Risk Objectives slipping behind that can still recover.
Completed Objectives that reached 100% progress.

How a status is decided is explained in Objectives → Objective status.

Objective Progress chart

The Objective Progress panel plots a line for each objective over time. Each line begins at 0% on the objective's start date and then rises with every check-in, so you can see momentum (and stalls) at a glance.

  • The horizontal axis is time (check-in dates); the vertical axis is completion percentage.
  • Only objectives whose start or end date falls inside the Duration range appear, and only check-ins within that range are plotted.
  • Long objective names are shortened in the legend.
  • If nothing matches, the panel shows No record found.

Check-ins panel

This panel lists objectives that have check-ins due, so nothing slips.

Column Meaning
Objective Title The objective.
Pending Check-ins Scheduled check-in dates that are due (on or before today) but have no check-in logged yet.
Upcoming Check-ins Scheduled check-in dates still in the future.
Action A send-reminder button that notifies the owners about the pending check-ins on that objective.

The schedule comes from each objective's check-in frequency (daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly).

Tip: Use the reminder button sparingly but consistently — it nudges owners on the objectives that are actually overdue.

1:1 Meetings panel

This panel reports meeting health, grouped by the person who organises them (Meeting By).

Column Meaning
Employees The meeting organiser.
Total Meetings All their meetings in range.
On-time Meetings Meetings marked completed in good time.
Delayed Meetings Pending meetings whose start time has already passed.
Pending Meetings Meetings still marked pending.
Action A send-reminder button for that organiser's pending meetings.

For the full meeting workflow see 1:1 Meetings.
