Deal Report

The Deal Report measures your sales pipeline performance. It has two parts: a Deal Agent profile that scores each agent's deals, and a pipeline chart that breaks down monthly deal values by stage and shows the average deal size.

About terminology. BusinessHRM has removed the standalone "Lead" concept; this report focuses on Deals. Some labels in your installation may still read "Lead Agent" — these refer to the people who own and close deals.

Where to find itReportsDeal Report

The page has two tabs (switched via the page tabs / icon group):

  1. Profile – per-agent deal performance (the default tab).
  2. Chart – the monthly pipeline and average-deal-value report.

Permission required: Your role must have permission to view the Deal Report.

Tips

  • All Deal Report figures are based on the deal's close date — keep close dates accurate so the numbers reflect reality.
  • Use the Average Deal Value line on the Chart tab to spot whether your deals are trending larger or smaller over the year.
  • Use the Profile tab in performance reviews to compare agents on win rate and follow-up discipline.
