Payroll
The Payroll module is where you pay your team. You define how salaries are made up, set each employee's pay, configure your pay cycle and tax rules, then generate payslips for a period, review the amounts, mark them paid, and let employees see their own slips.
All of these features live under the Payroll section of the left-hand sidebar. What you can see and do depends on the modules your company has enabled and the permissions assigned to your role.
Important: Payroll has a clear order of operations. You must set up salary components, salary structure and each employee's salary before you can generate a single payslip. If you are new to Payroll, start with article 01.
