HR & Attendance Help Center
Welcome to the BusinessHRM HR & Attendance guide. These articles walk you, as a company admin or employee, through every day-to-day people-management task in BusinessHRM — adding employees, controlling who can see and do what, running leave and attendance, building shift rosters, and recognising great work.
Most of these features live under the HR section of the left sidebar, while configuration screens (Roles & Permissions, Leave Settings, Attendance Settings) live under Settings. Each article tells you exactly where to look.
Throughout BusinessHRM, what you can see and do is controlled by your role and permissions. If a menu item or button described here is missing for you, your role most likely does not grant that permission — ask a company admin. See Roles & Permissions.
