Recruitment
Welcome to the BusinessHRM help center for the Recruitment area. These articles explain how to run your hiring process end to end — defining skills, building your hiring pipeline, posting jobs to your public Career Site, collecting and tracking applicants, scheduling interviews, and sending offer letters that turn accepted candidates into employees.
They are written for agency users (company admins, recruiters and hiring team members), not for system installers.
Everything below is module-based and permission-based. The whole area lives under in the left sidebar. If you cannot see the Recruit menu, your company does not have the Recruitment module enabled. If you can see the menu but a specific button or page is missing, your role does not have the required permission — ask your company administrator.

- You send an Offer Letter to the candidate you want to hire.
- When the candidate accepts, you create an Employee record straight from the offer.
