OKR Score

The OKR Score page turns all the check-ins you've logged into a graded scoring report for a period — showing how each objective and key result performed on a simple 0 to 1 scale, week by week. It's the report you pull at the end of a cycle (month, quarter) to review and rate progress.

Where to find itPerformance > OKR Score (/account/okr-scoring).

Note: The OKR Score page is a report download screen. You choose a date range and download the scoring report as an Excel file — the detailed scoring grid lives inside that spreadsheet, not on the page itself.

Downloading the report

  1. Open Performance > OKR Score.
  2. Set the Duration date range (it defaults to the start of the current month through today).
  3. Click Download Sheet.
  4. An Excel file named like OKR_Scoring_Report_<start>_to_<end>.xlsx downloads.

The report includes only the objectives you're allowed to see (yours, your team's, or — for admins — all) that overlap the selected dates or had check-ins in them.

How scoring works

Scores are on a 0.00 – 1.00 scale (where 1.00 is a fully achieved result). This is different from the 0–100% progress you see on objectives day to day — the score is a graded rollup of your check-in history across the period.

The grading bands

Every score is colour-coded so you can read the sheet at a glance:

Score Band Meaning
0.00 – 0.30 🔴 Red Poor / little achieved
0.31 – 0.70 🟡 Yellow Partial / on the way
0.71 – 1.00 🟢 Green Strong / target essentially met

A blank or zero cell (no check-in in that week) also shows red.

Tip: In classic OKR practice, landing around 0.7 is considered a healthy, ambitious result — consistently scoring 1.0 can mean your targets weren't stretching enough.

What the spreadsheet contains

  • Top row — the grading scale (0–0.1, 0.1–0.2 … 0.9–1) with the red/yellow/green colour key.
  • A column per week — the selected date range is split into 7-day weeks (e.g. Jun 01 – Jun 07).
  • One block per objective — a total row (labelled OBJ – N) followed by one row per key result (labelled KR – N).
  • A FINAL SCORE column at the end.

The math behind the numbers

  • Each key result, each week: the objective's progress recorded by that week's check-in is converted to a 0–1 value (and capped at 1.0).
  • Key result FINAL SCORE: the average of that key result's weekly scores across the weeks that had check-ins.
  • Objective weekly value: the average of its key results' scores for that week.
  • Objective FINAL SCORE: the average of its key results' final scores.

In short: log check-ins consistently to get an accurate score. Weeks with no check-in count as zero and pull the average down.

Important: Because scoring is built from check-ins, an objective with great real progress but missing check-ins will score low. Keep the check-in cadence you set on each objective.
