Private Dashboard

The Private Dashboard is your personal home screen — it shows your work, your attendance, and the people and dates that matter to you today. Everyone (admins and employees) gets one, and what appears depends on the modules your company uses and your own permissions.

Where to find itMainDashboardPrivate Dashboard

Note: This is the screen you land on right after logging in. Widgets only appear if the related module is enabled and your role can view that data — so two people may see different cards.

The top bar

Across the top of the dashboard you'll find:

  • Welcome message — "Welcome, [your name]".
  • Live clock — the current date and time in your company's timezone, updating every second.
  • Clock In / Clock Out — if the Attendance module is on, a button to start or end your working day. After clocking in it shows your clock-in time; the button is disabled (with a tooltip explaining why) when you're on leave, it's a holiday, you have no shift assigned, or you're outside office hours.
  • Take a Break / End Break — if the Breaks module is on and you're clocked in, start or end a break. While on break the button shows a running timer.
  • Settings gear (admins only) — opens the Dashboard Widgets panel where you tick which widgets to show or hide, then click Save.

Tip: If a widget you expect is missing and you're an admin, open the gear menu and make sure its checkbox is ticked.

Alerts

At the very top you may see informational banners:

  • You are on leave today — links to your approved leave.
  • Holiday today — links to the holiday details.
  • Impersonation notice — shown when a super admin is viewing your company.

Profile and quick counts

The Profile widget shows your photo, name, designation, and employee ID (click it to open your profile). Its footer shows quick counts that link straight to filtered lists:

  • Open Tasks — tasks assigned to you that aren't done.
  • Projects — projects you're a member of.
  • Open Tickets — tickets where you're the agent (if Tickets is on).

My Active Timer

If you have a task timer running, this card shows the running task, start time, total hours so far, and any breaks. From here you can Pause, Resume, or Stop the timer (subject to your time-log permissions).

Work summary cards

These small KPI cards sit near the top of the right-hand column:

Widget Shows Notes
Tasks Your Pending and Overdue task counts Each number links to the filtered task list.
Projects Projects In Progress and Overdue assigned to you Requires the Projects module and view permission.
Follow Ups Your Pending deal follow-ups Only for deal agents, with the Deals module on.
Deals (Leads) Your total deals and won deals Only for deal agents.
Week Timelogs Total time you logged this week Requires the Timesheet module and view permission.
Document Expiries Your documents that are expiring soon Each shows how close the expiry is.

People and HR widgets (left column)

These cards list the people and dates around you. Most require the Employees module and the matching view permission:

Widget Shows
Shift Schedule Your shifts for the current week, with a Shift button to view all shifts and the option to request a shift change.
Birthdays Upcoming employee birthdays with the date.
Employee Appreciation Recent appreciations/awards given to staff.
On Leave Today Colleagues approved to be on leave today, with full-day / half-day badges.
On Work From Home Today Colleagues marked as working from home today.
Work Anniversary Upcoming joining anniversaries and years served.
Notice Period Duration (admin) Employees serving notice and how long is left.
Probation Date (admin) Employees whose probation is ending soon.
Internship Date (admin) Interns whose internship is ending soon.
Contract Date (admin) Employee contracts expiring soon (requires the Contracts module).

Permission: The notice-period, probation, internship, and contract widgets are admin-only — regular employees won't see them.

My Tasks

A table of your pending tasks showing the task number, title, status, and due date. Click a task to open its detail panel. Requires the Tasks module and view permission.

Tickets

A table of your recent tickets (number, subject, status, and requested-on date). Requires the Tickets module and view permission.

My Calendar (widget)

An embedded calendar showing your tasks, events, holidays, tickets, and leaves together. Use the (three-dots) menu to tick which item types to display — your choice is remembered. Click any entry to open its details. This is a compact version of the full My Calendar page.

Notices

The latest company notices from the notice board. Requires the Notices module and view permission.

Onboarding

If the Onboarding module is enabled, an onboarding checklist widget appears to guide new starters.

How to act on the dashboard

  1. Clock in at the start of your day using the button in the top bar.
  2. Check My Tasks and the Tasks card for anything Overdue.
  3. Start a timer on the task you're working on; pause it when you take a break.
  4. Scan My Calendar and the people widgets for today's events, leaves, and follow-ups.
  5. Clock out when you finish.

Tip (admins): Use the gear menu to keep only the widgets your team actually uses — a tidy dashboard is faster to read.
