Task Comments
Comments are how the team discusses a task. You can write rich-text comments, @mention people, attach files, and react with a thumbs up or down.
Where to find it
How to add a comment
- Open the task and go to the Comments tab.
- Click Add Comment.
- Type your comment in the editor.
- To notify someone, type @ and pick their name to @mention them.
- To attach files, add them in the comment composer.
- Click Submit.
Reactions
Each comment shows a thumbs up and thumbs down you can click to react. Hovering shows who reacted.
Editing and deleting
- Edit a comment inline using its menu.
- Delete a single comment from its menu.
- Select several comments (or use Select All) and bulk delete them.
Attachments
Files added to a comment appear beneath it as image thumbnails or file chips, and can be opened or downloaded.

Tips
- @mention a teammate to send them a notification rather than messaging them separately.
- Use bulk delete to clean up long comment threads after a task is closed.
