Business Addresses
Business Addresses let you store one or more physical office locations for your company. Each address can carry its own tax name and tax number, so the right details appear on invoices and other documents. One address is always marked as the default and is used wherever BusinessHRM needs a single "company" address.
Managing your company addresses
The Business Addresses page shows a table of every address you have added, with its location, full address, country, tax details, and a radio button that marks the default. From here you can add, edit, delete, and switch the default address.
Add a new address
- Open Settings sidebar > Business Addresses.
- Click Add New Address.
- Fill in the form (see the field table below).
- If a Google Map is available, you can use the autocomplete search box to find the location and drop a pin; the latitude and longitude fields fill in automatically. You can also drag the map marker to fine-tune the position.
- Click Save. The page reloads and the new address appears in the table.
Edit an address
- In the table, find the address row.
- Click Edit.
- Change any field and click Save.
Set the default address
- In the table, click the Default radio button in the row of the address you want as default.
- The change is saved immediately and the page reloads. Only one address can be the default at a time; selecting a new default clears the previous one.
Delete an address
- In the table, click Delete on the address row.
- Confirm in the pop-up.
Note: the default address has no Delete option. To remove it, first set a different address as the default, then delete the one you no longer need.

| Address | The full street address. Required. Line breaks are preserved when displayed. |
| Latitude | The map latitude of the location. Filled automatically when you pick a place on the map, or you can type it. |

Permission note
Access to Business Addresses is controlled by the manage_company_setting permission. Only users whose permission level for this is set to "all" can view or change business addresses; everyone else gets a 403 (access denied).
Tips
- Set the address you invoice from as the default so its tax name and number flow through to billing.
- If you have offices in more than one country or tax jurisdiction, add a separate address for each so the correct tax label appears.
- The map and autocomplete search only appear when a Google Map key has been configured for the platform. If you do not see a map, you can still enter latitude and longitude manually, or leave them blank.
- When an address has coordinates, a map-marker icon appears next to its location in the table; click it to open the spot in Google Maps.
- Changing the default address clears cached company details so the new default takes effect across the app right away.
