Welcome to the BusinessHRM Policy Center guide. The Policy Center is where your company publishes its policies — handbooks, codes of conduct, leave and remote-work rules, safety procedures — and tracks that the right employees have read and acknowledged them, with an optional signature for proof.
Where to find it
Throughout BusinessHRM, what you can see and do is controlled by your role and permissions. Most employees can view and acknowledge the policies that apply to them; creating, publishing, sending reminders and viewing the acknowledgement tracking are usually admin-only. If something described here is missing for you, your role most likely doesn't grant it — ask a company admin.
