Recruit Dashboard
The Recruit Dashboard is your hiring overview. It rolls up the most important recruitment numbers — open positions, applications, hires and today's interviews — and shows two charts so you can see where candidates come from and how your pipeline is filling up.
The page lives at /account/recruit-dashboard.
Filtering by date
At the top of the dashboard is a date range filter. By default it shows from the start of the current month up to today. Change the range and the charts update to match the period you choose. The summary cards always reflect your current totals.
Summary cards
The dashboard shows a row of summary tiles:
| Card | What it counts |
|---|---|
| Total Openings | Jobs that are open and have not passed their end date (or have no end date). |
| Total Applications | All job applications received. |
| Hired | Applications whose status is in the Hired stage. |
| Rejected | Applications whose status is in the Rejected stage. |
| New Applications | Applications received today. |
| Shortlisted | Applications currently in the Phone Screen or Interview stages. |
| Today's Interviews | Interviews scheduled for today. |
Active jobs
A panel lists your currently active jobs (open and not expired), along with the recruiter assigned to each. Use it as a quick jump-off point to the jobs that are still taking applications.
Today's interviews
A panel lists every interview scheduled for today, showing the candidate, the job they applied for and the interviewers attending. This is your at-a-glance reminder of who you're meeting today.
Charts
The dashboard includes two charts that respond to the date range filter:
- Applications by source — a breakdown of where your applications came from (for example LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and Other).
- Candidates by status — how many candidates sit in each pipeline status, colour-coded to match your board columns.
Tip: The pipeline widget at the bottom of the dashboard mirrors your Job Application statuses. If the colours look unfamiliar, they come straight from how you configured your pipeline columns — see 04 - Job Applications.
