Server Manager
Server Manager is a register for the domains, hosting and servers your business (or your clients) rely on — so renewals, providers and DNS details are all in one place instead of scattered across emails.
Module & permission: Appears only when the module is enabled and your role has the server-manager permission.
Dashboard & statistics
The Dashboard summarises your inventory — how many domains and hosting accounts you have, and what's expiring soon — so you can spot upcoming renewals early.
Domains
Track each domain with its provider, registration/expiry dates, and who it's assigned to. For each domain you can:
- View DNS details and run a DNS health check.
- Get its URL and see activity/log history.
- Export the full list.
Tip: Recording the expiry date lets the dashboard warn you before a domain lapses.
Hosting
Track each hosting account — the provider, plan, linked domain(s), renewal date and credentials/notes — so you always know where a site is hosted.
Providers
Providers are the companies you buy domains and hosting from (registrars, hosting companies). Add each provider once, then link your domains and hosting to it.
Types & activity
- Server Types and Domain Types are simple categories you define to classify entries.
- Activities / logs record changes so you have a history of what was updated and when.
Tip: Add your providers first, then your domains and hosting, linking each to its provider — that way the dashboard and reports group everything correctly.
