Tracker reports

The Reports page turns the raw tracker data into a productivity dashboard: headline numbers, the most-used applications, a day-by-day breakdown, and (for admins) a team leaderboard. It's the quickest way to see how time was spent across a period.

Where to find itActivity TrackerReports

Permission: This page requires View Tracker Reports. With All you see every employee plus the team leaderboard; with Owned you see only your own figures; with None the page is hidden.

Choosing what to report on

A filter bar sits at the top:

  1. (Admins only) Employee — a single person or All Employees. Shown only to users with the All view permission.
  2. Duration — choose a preset or a custom range:
    • Today, Tomorrow, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month, Last 7 Days, Last 30 Days, This Year, Last Year, or Custom Range.
    • Choosing Custom Range reveals Start Date and End Date fields.
  3. Click Apply.

Note: The report defaults to the last 30 days when you first open it.

Summary cards

Across the top, seven cards summarise the whole selected period:

Card Meaning
Worked Time Total time logged (from time logs) in the range.
Avg. Activity Average activity percentage across all samples.
Idle Time Percentage of samples that were idle.
Mouse Clicks Total mouse clicks.
Key Presses Total key presses.
Screenshots Number of screenshots captured.
Breaks Number of breaks taken (shown when the Breaks module is enabled).

Top Applications

A ranked list of the 10 most-used applications in the period, each with a bar showing its share of time and the total time spent in it. This is built from the App & Website usage data.

Daily Breakdown

A table with one row per day in the range:

Column Meaning
Day The date.
Worked Time logged that day.
Activity Average activity that day, as a colour-coded badge (green ≥ 70%, amber 30–69%, red < 30%).
Idle Idle percentage that day.
Screenshots Screenshots captured that day.

Note: For very long ranges (more than ~3 months) the daily breakdown is hidden to keep the page fast — you'll see a message saying so. The summary cards, top apps and leaderboard still cover the full period.

Team Leaderboard

When you're viewing All Employees (admins with All permission only), a leaderboard ranks team members by total worked time:

Column Meaning
# Rank.
Employee Team member.
Worked Total time logged in the range.
Avg. Activity Their average activity, as a colour-coded badge.

The leaderboard does not appear when you've filtered down to a single employee or when your permission is Owned.

Tips

  • Compare an individual against the team by switching the Employee filter between a single person and All Employees.
  • The activity badge colours (green/amber/red) are consistent across the daily breakdown and leaderboard, so you can scan for low-activity days or people quickly.
  • If the cards read zero, check that the employee was tracking time in the desktop app during the selected range.
