Career Site
The Career Site is your public, no-login careers page. It lists your open jobs and lets candidates apply online — the applications flow straight into your Job Applications pipeline. This article explains how to enable and brand the site, what the public application form collects, the Job Alert feature, custom footer pages, and how to share the link.
The public page lives at /careers/{hash}, where {hash} is your company's unique code. The Career Site link in the sidebar always points to the correct address for your company.
Turning the Career Site on
The site is hidden from the public until you enable it.
- Go to Settings → Recruit Settings → General.
- Tick Enable Career Site.
- Save.
Important: If the Career Site is switched off, public visitors get a "page not found". If you (as an admin) open it while it's off, you'll see a warning telling you to enable it under Settings → Recruit Settings → Enable Career Site.
Branding and general settings
On the General tab you can configure:
| Setting | What it does |
|---|---|
| Enable Career Site | Makes the public page live. |
| Google reCAPTCHA | Protects the application form from spam (candidates must pass a reCAPTCHA). |
| Job Alert | Lets candidates subscribe to email alerts for matching jobs. |
| Company Name | The name shown on the careers page. |
| Company Website | Your website link. |
| Company Logo & Favicon | Your branding images. |
| About Company | The "About Us" text shown to candidates (rich text). |
| Legal Term Text | The Terms & Conditions shown on the application form. |
| Quick Add Form Settings | Choose which fields appear in the internal Quick Add application form. |
| Duplicate Job Application Restriction (days) | Stops a candidate re-applying to the same job with the same email until this many days pass. |
| Offer Letter Reminder To Candidate (days) | How long before reminding a candidate about an offer. |
| Background Image / Colour | Choose a background image or a background colour for the page. |
How candidates apply
On the Career Site, candidates browse your open jobs (filterable by department, job type, category, work experience and remote), open a job to read the full description, and click Apply. Only open jobs that still have openings and haven't passed their end date appear.
The public application form
The apply form collects:
| Field | Notes |
|---|---|
| Full Name | Required. |
| Required, must be valid. | |
| Mobile | Required. |
| Your Skills | Optional multi-select. |
| Date of Birth | Required only if the job requires it. |
| Gender | Required only if the job requires it. |
| Experience | Optional. |
| Current Location | Optional. |
| Current CTC / Expected CTC | Optional (with rate). |
| Notice Period | Optional. |
| Source | How they heard about the role (your application sources). |
| CV or Resume | Required only if the job requires it; accepts PDF, DOC, images and more. |
| Photo | Required only if the job requires it. |
| Cover Letter | Optional. |
| Custom questions | Any screening questions you added (required ones must be answered). |
| Terms agreement | Candidate must agree to your Terms & Conditions. |
On submit, a new application is created in your Applied stage with the source set to the career website, and the candidate is taken to a thank-you page and emailed a confirmation.
Note: Which of Date of Birth, Gender, Resume and Photo are required is controlled per job. reCAPTCHA only appears on the form if you've enabled it in General settings.
Job Alerts
If you enable Job Alert, candidates can subscribe to email notifications for jobs that match their preferences. On the public Job Alert page they enter their email and pick a Job Category, Location, Work Experience and Job Type. They can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the alert email.
Custom footer pages
You can publish extra pages (for example "Privacy Policy" or "About") that appear in the Career Site footer.
- Go to Settings → Recruit Settings → Footer Settings.
- Click Add Footer Links and enter a Title and Description.
- Set the status to Active to make the page public.
Sharing the link
Use the Career Site link in the sidebar — it opens your live public page (/careers/{your-company-hash}) in a new tab. Copy that URL from your browser to share it on social media, job boards or your website.
Tip: Make sure the Career Site is enabled and you have at least one open job before sharing the link — otherwise visitors will see an empty (or unavailable) page.
