Jobs

A Job is a single opening you are hiring for. Posting a job makes it available on your public Career Site (if enabled) and lets it start receiving applications. This article covers creating a job, every field on the job form, job statuses, and handy actions like duplicating a job.

Where to find itRecruitmentJobs

The page lives at /account/jobs.

Permission: You need View Job to see the list, Add Job to create one, and Edit Job / Delete Job to change or remove jobs.

The Jobs list

The Jobs list shows every opening with filters for department, recruiter and location, plus a search box. Each row has an action menu to view, edit, duplicate or delete the job, and you can change a job's status inline.

Creating a job

  1. Open RecruitJobs.
  2. Click Add Job.
  3. Fill in the job details form (fields below).
  4. Click Save.

Tip: Tick Disclose Salary only if you want applicants to see the pay band on the public careers page. Leave it off to display "Not Disclosed".

Job statuses

A job's status drives whether it appears on the Career Site and how it shows internally:

Status Meaning
Open Live and accepting applications (shows publicly while not expired and openings remain).
In Progress Hiring is underway.
Scheduled Posting scheduled.
Offer Released An offer has been released for the role.
Draft / Pending / Expired Not live; Expired means the End Date has passed.

Only open jobs that still have remaining openings and have not passed their end date appear on the public Career Site.

Viewing a job

Click a job to open its detail page. You'll see the title, description, salary, location(s), skills, work experience, category, recruiter, custom fields, and any uploaded job files. From here you can jump to that job's applications, interviews and offer letters.

Duplicating a job

Need a near-identical opening? Use the Duplicate action from the job's row. This opens the create form pre-filled with the original job's details (title, skills, locations, stages, type and more) so you can tweak and save a copy quickly.

Changing a job's status

Use the status control on the Jobs list (or edit the job) to move it between Open, In Progress and the other statuses. Closing a job (so it's no longer Open, or letting its End Date pass) removes it from the public Career Site.
