Performance Help Center
Welcome to the BusinessHRM Performance guide. These articles walk you, as a company admin or employee, through running goals and performance in BusinessHRM the OKR way — setting objectives, breaking them into measurable key results, logging regular check-ins, scoring the outcome, and holding 1:1 meetings.
Everything lives under the Performance section of the left sidebar. The sub-menu has four items, in this order:
- — the at-a-glance overview (
/account/performance-dashboard) - — your goals and their key results (
/account/objectives) - — the period scoring report (
/account/okr-scoring) - — one-on-one meetings, agendas and action items (
/account/meetings)
Configuration (goal types, key-result metrics, meeting and notification settings) lives under the global Settings area, not in this sidebar.
Throughout BusinessHRM, what you can see and do is controlled by your role and permissions and, in Performance specifically, by the goal type of each objective. If a menu item, objective or button described here is missing for you, your access most likely does not grant it — ask a company admin. See Getting started with Performance.
