My Calendar
My Calendar gathers everything time-sensitive that's relevant to you — your tasks, events, tickets, approved leaves, and deal follow-ups — onto one calendar. It's the quickest way to see what's coming up across the whole app.
Note: The My Calendar menu appears only if at least one of the related modules is enabled (Tasks, Events, Holidays, Tickets, or Leaves). What shows on the calendar also respects your view permissions for each item type.
What appears on the calendar
My Calendar pulls together up to five kinds of entries, each with its own colour and icon:
| Entry | What it is | Which ones show |
|---|---|---|
| Tasks | Tasks with a start or due date in view | Tasks assigned to you (or, for contacts, tasks on their projects) that aren't in a "completed" column. Coloured by the task's board column. |
| Events | Calendar events | Events you're an attendee of or that you created. |
| Tickets | Support tickets | Tickets where you're the requester or the assigned agent. |
| Leaves | Approved leave | Approved leaves, labelled with the employee's name (and "Half day" when relevant). Hover to see whose leave it is. |
| Follow Ups | Deal follow-ups | Follow-ups on deals where you're the deal agent, placed on the next follow-up date. |
Note: Holidays appear in the dashboard's calendar widget; the dedicated My Calendar page focuses on the five types above (Tasks, Events, Tickets, Leaves, and Follow Ups).
Filtering by type
At the top of the page is a Type filter. Choose:
- All — show every type (the default).
- A single type — Tasks, Events, Tickets, Leaves, or Follow Ups — to focus on just that kind.
When you pick a single type, a Clear Filters button appears; click it to return to All.
Calendar views
Use the buttons in the top-right of the calendar to switch how it's laid out:
- Month — the classic monthly grid.
- Week — a time-gridded week.
- Day — a single day, hour by hour.
- List — an agenda-style list of upcoming entries.
The prev / next arrows move through time and Today jumps back to the current date. You can also click a day or week name to drill into it. The calendar uses your company's timezone, week start day, and time format.
Opening an entry
Click any entry to see its details:
- Tasks, Events, Leaves, and Follow Ups open in a side panel without leaving the page (a follow-up opens its Deal).
- Tickets open the full ticket page.
Tip: Switch to List view at the start of the week for a quick, scrollable agenda of everything you've got coming up.
The calendar view preference (dashboard widget)
The compact My Calendar widget on your Private Dashboard has its own type filter (a … menu with checkboxes for Tasks, Events, Holidays, Tickets, and Leaves). Your selection there is saved to your profile as your calendar_view preference, so the widget remembers what you chose next time you log in. The full My Calendar page filters per visit and doesn't change that saved preference.
